What makes your pieces different from other brands?

We bring meaning behind every piece, but not just any regular meaning, a story that unfolds over time.

We help you understand the meaning of each product more in depth in the community discord.

Do you restock sold-out items?

Products from collections we do not restock.
As for single products, we restock if the item does not say exclusive anywhere on it.
If it does, it will not be restocked.

What do I do if I have an unanswered question about a product?

We try to keep all details about each product in its description, but if you don't see what you're looking there, you can either ask Phil The Ai Assistant, or contact us at weseetherealyou@bootlegthebrand.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Are your pieces unisex?

Most of our pieces are unisex. You'll know if it is a men's or women's piece if it is stated in the title.

Example: Men's red shirt.

SHIPPING QUESTIONS

How long does shipping take?

From the moment you order, it will be shipped out in 1 - 3 days. If not, same day.

As for your package getting to you, that depends.
Express - 1 to 2 business days
Standard - 3 to 4 business days
Economy - 5 to 8 business days

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, BootLegTheBrand ship worldwide!

Where's my tracking number?

You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order is processed.
If you haven't received one, we recommend waiting 24 hours as we will likely still be processing orders.

If it's been more than 24 hours and you still haven't received a tracking number, contact us at wesetherealyou@bootlegthebrand.com and we will help you sort it out.

RETURN QUESTIONS

Can I return my order?

You can return any one of our products within a 7 days of the item being delivered.
However, once limited items (non-restockable) sell out and/or leave the store, you may not return that specific item.

Example: You bought the last regular hoodie, but want to return it after 5 days, you can do that.
But if you wanted to return the Close Friends Tee (Exclusive) 3 days after it sold out, you can't do that.

Do I have to pay return shipping?

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping.
If the return is a personal preference, you pay for the return shipping.

How do I request a return or exchange?

Email us with your order number and the issue and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Whether your request qualifies or not, you'll get a response.
